Celebrate Black History Month at LIM College: Keynote Address

Admission is a donation to LIM College's Haiti relief efforts

To celebrate Black History Month at LIM College, the Student Life Activities Board is hosting a special celebration featuring a keynote address by Professor Ionia Dunn Lee entitled "Life in the Fashion Industry: An African-American Female Perspective." The celebration also features a reading by Delisha Fields, an Afro-Calypso dance performance by the LIM College Dance Team, a video presentation by members of SLAB and BRAG entitled "I Have a Dream," and a hair presentation by Annicia Lynton.

All attendees are asked to bring a donation for LIM College's Haiti relief effort. Needed items include toiletries, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.

The celebration will take place in FashionOpolis at 12 E. 53rd St. at 6pm.
