Visual Merchandising Chair Wins Prestigious Industry Award
Eric Feigenbaum joins distinguished list of Markopoulos Award recipients
Every year, DDI (Display and Design Ideas) magazine presents one outstanding industry professional in the visual merchandising and store design industry with the prestigious Markopoulos Award, an honor named after the late visual merchandising legend Andrew Markopoulos. This year, Eric Feigenbaum, Chair of LIM College's Visual Merchandising Department, has been recognized with this honor.
The Markopoulos Award is the highest honor given to an individual in the visual merchandising and store design industry. It recognizes an outstanding level of professional achievement as well as a significant level of participation in, and support of, the industry. Previous Markopoulos Award recipients include Simon Doonan of Barneys, Linda Fargo of Bergdorf Goodman, Ignaz Gorischek of Neiman Marcus, and Jack Hruska of Bloomingdale’s.
Eric Feigenbaum has made countless contributions to the visual merchandising and store design industry throughout a career that has spanned more than 30 years. On February 29 he will accept the Markopoulos Award at a ceremony during the GlobalShop conference in Las Vegas.
