Jessica Morgenstern was the Valedictorian of the Class of 2009. After graduation she will become the head district stylist for Anthropologie in Rockefeller Plaza.

President Elizabeth S. Marcuse and Stephen I Sadove, CEO of Saks Incorporated. Mr. Sadove delivered the keynote address and received an honorary Doctor of Commercial Science degree at the Commencement ceremony.

Fashion Merchandising professor Nancy Miller (left) received LIM College’s annual Award for Teaching Excellence. The award was presented by Jacqueline LeBlanc, Ph.D., Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Laurianne Listo (Class of 1976) and Erica Young (Class of 2006) received LIM College’s Shining and Rising Star awards, respectively. These awards honor LIM alumni who have achieved career success and demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the College.

More than 200 students received degrees at LIM College’s 70th Commencement ceremony. It was held at Jazz at Lincoln Center in Manhattan’s Time Warner Center.
