Professor Amanda Hallay recently signed a book deal. Her book will be titled Popular Culture: The 1950s and will be published by Remember When. It will present an overview of popular history, culture and design in that decade.

In June 2009, Professor Erin Mills helped plan and execute a publicity event for the national television network WE TV. Called "Operation I Do," it featured five military couples getting married in a simultaneous ceremony in the middle of New York City’s Times Square.
