About LIM College
Charles Fradella, who joined LIM College as an adjunct faculty member in 2009, is currently a full-time faculty member in the Fashion Merchandising Department. Among the undergraduate courses he teaches are: Fashion Fundamentals, Applied Concepts in Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising Capstone, Strategic Brand Management, Direct Marketing, and Product Development. He also teaches the Strategic Consumer Insights course in LIM College’s Master of Professional Studies (MPS) degree program.
Professor Fradella has extensive professional experience, both domestic and international, in the field of fashion merchandising. As the Vice President of Sales for the Regal Division of Amerex he managed approximately $20 million worth of men’s apparel. He also served as Director of Merchandising for Seminole Manufacturing, where he directed all product development functions and negotiated cost, design and production plans for domestic and international manufacturing facilities. Other positions he has held include Account Manager for Thomson Co., Salant Corporation and Associate Buyer of Outerwear for J.C. Penney Co.
As an adjunct professor at the Mountbatten Institute at St. Mary’s University College of Twickenham, London, Professor Fradella taught global business to international students in both the MBA and Postgraduate Certificate programs.
Professor Fradella holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing from St. John’s University. In his spare time, he enjoys wine making.
