Dudley Blossom, Ph.D. is a full-time professor in the Marketing & Management department at LIM College. For more than two decades, Dr. Blossom’s career has been focused on educational and entrepreneurial interests. He has a passion for launching new initiatives and working with start-up, small and medium-sized organizations seeking new opportunities and ways to capitalize on them. His expertise spans across a wide variety of sectors, including health and beauty, textiles/home fashions, and consumer technology.
Until late 2006, Dr. Blossom worked and taught in Europe where he consulted with many organizations on their brand development and market penetration strategies. He still maintains his own consulting company (Tri Peperudi), offering brand strategy and training services in emerging markets.
Throughout his career, Dr. Blossom has launched several for-profit and not-for-profit ventures and continues to work with small and medium-sized organizations in developing their conception, launch and growth strategies. He has also authored several guides to outsourcing and entering emerging markets and has been called upon to give his insights into market trends and demographic shifts by media outlets in Eastern Europe and the U.S., including the Associated Press and CNBC.
Dr. Blossom is currently Co-Chair of LIM College's Faculty Council. He has also served as Associate Dean of Experiential Education and Chair of the former Marketing & Management Department.
Dr. Blossom holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from the University of Arizona, and a BA in Fine Arts from Trinity College. He is a member of the European Marketing Academy, the American Marketing Association and the Association of Consumer Research.
