Tuition and Fees
For the academic year, the tuition rate is $790 per credit hour with a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $500. LIM College also requires that each applicant submit a nonrefundable $50 application fee.

*Please note: The Off-Campus Apartment budget assumes that most students will need a minimum of $800/month for rent based on the average amount that most pay in a shared apartment. Students in off-campus apartments are required to provide a copy of their lease to verify their monthly rent, if they intend to use loan funds to cover their living expenses.
Please note that the maximum housing allowance is $1,500 per month. On-campus housing at the LIM College 1760 Residence Hall is an option (on a space available basis) at a cost of $7,382 per term for a single room w/kitchenette.
Payment Options for Graduate Students
A graduate student can make a payment using one or more of the following options:
- Direct Federal Stafford and/or Graduate PLUS Loans (FAFSA required. www.fafsa.ed.gov)
- Private Education Loans (Sources: SimpleTuition or HESC Marketplace)
- Payment plan from Nelnet Business Solutions (Tuition payments in monthly installments)
- Direct Billing to Employer (Bill sent to authorized third-party for immediate payment)
- Employer Reimbursement (Payment from employer due within three weeks after term completed)
- Payment using personal check, money order or cash in person or mail. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH

Returned Check Fee
Checks returned from the bank for any reason are assessed a $25 returned check fee.
Tuition Liability for Withdrawal—Term One through Term Five

During 4th week of classes 75% Tuition Liability

Refunds
A refund will be disbursed from the Office of Student Financial Services if your financial aid and/or other payments exceed your LIM College charges only after all applicable funds have been received. You may also request up to $1,500 by completing an Advance Refund Request Form one week prior to the start of the term, provided that your term balance is covered in full and you are fully registered and billed.
Refund checks are generally available within 7–10 business days of your request. An email will be sent when the refund check is available for pick-up. Checks not picked up within four days of the email will be mailed to your home address that is on file. A photo ID will be required at the time of pick-up.
