We are committed to providing LIM College students and the larger professional community with state-of-the-art marketing education that is of a high standard, integrative and entrepreneurial while striving to stay relevant in its practical impact.

The Marketing department is committed to building a collaborative environment where your intellectual curiosity is nurtured to develop marketing knowledge that will prepare you to enter your chosen field. Upon graduation, you will be confident, innovative and knowledgeable, with a measured understanding of the importance of marketing from a business and a global perspective.

Because of LIM College’s commitment to experiential learning, you are given the opportunity to engage with the marketing community through internships, lectures, marketing organizations (such as the American Marketing Association ) and our faculty members work closely with the Center for Career Development to ensure you have access to valuable internship and service learning experiences.

Courses and Focus
Marketing courses are theoretically grounded and can be applied to any career path.  From this foundation, tactical courses provide you with the opportunity to explore specific functional areas of marketing.
