Cross Cultural Analysis
This program takes place during the winter break between the fall and spring semester, usually from early to mid-January.
Twenty participants (second semester freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, graduate students, alumni, and faculty/staff) travel to various European countries for 10 days to experience cultural and business related field trips and have the opportunity to earn 3 undergraduate professional elective credits.
In past years, students have gone to cities including Milan, Munich, Rome, Florence, London, Brussels, Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin. The trip includes visits to major cultural sites, international companies, museums, historical locations and much more!
Requirements:

Students must be at least a second semester freshman at the time of the program
- Students must complete all portions of the general study abroad application by the due date
The 2014 Cross-Cultural Analysis trip will take place from January 8-18, when our students will join LIM Professors on a journey to Paris, France and Amsterdam, Netherlands for a great adventure through history and fashion.
To be considered for this year’s program, a completed LIM Study Abroad Application form available from the link below or at http://www.limcollege.edu/LIM_College_Study_Abroad_Application__Student_Agreement_2013-2014.pdf must be completed and submitted to Professor Nancy Miller along with all supporting documents.
For the 2014 Cross Cultural Analysis Course there are two scholarship opportunities available! One for the full amount of the course and trip and the other for one-half the cost. If you are interested in applying for the scholarship, please download the CCA Scholarship Application form and follow the directions. Note: if applying for the scholarship you are also expected to complete the personal statement within the LIM Study Abroad Application form as part of the application process.

The 2013 Cross-Cultural Analysis trip took place from January 7-17, when our students joined Professors Terry Burstein and Amanda Hallay on a journey to Italy! Milan, Florence, Siena and Rome.
