Shean England Marketing - Class of 2012

“Walking down Fifth Avenue every day just to go to class gives me a feeling of excitement. You never know who you're going to see walking down the street or what’s going to be in the windows of Saks. Being in NYC allows me to enhance my creativity.”

For some, going to school in the middle of Manhattan can be challenging and a tad bit overwhelming, but for Shean England it just feels right. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Shean now lives in the 1760 Third Avenue Residence and likes hanging out in SoHo and Times Square on the weekends.

One of Shean’s dreams came true when he worked at Fashion Week. He’s also taken advantage of other LIM College volunteer opportunities, including being a dresser at an Ulla-Maija bridal couture fashion show and completing a Work Project internship at Fossil.

Shean hopes to use his LIM College background to get into entertainment public relations, or possibly event planning. One thing Shean says he does know is that the best part about attending LIM College is the endless amount of opportunities he’s being exposed to.
