Field Trip
Field Trip classes are a unique opportunity for you to explore the fashion industry first-hand. An essential part of the LIM College curriculum, Field Trip is a required course for all freshmen, sophomores and junior transfer students.
Eight weeks out of each semester, you will visit various companies in New York City. The locations are diverse and range from showrooms and buying offices to magazines and public relations firms. You’ll also get to meet with an employee of that company who will share their insights into the fashion industry.
Field Trip gives you an awareness of a range of career options and provides you with valuable networking opportunities.
