Senior Co-op

During the final semester at LIM College students complete a semester-long, full-time Senior Co-op internship. This internship provides students with intensive hands-on experience at a company of their choosing.

Students spend a minimum of 28 hours per week (Monday through Thursday) at the internship site. During this time, students are working with a faculty mentor to develop learning objectives and a plan to achieve them.  Students develop a learning journal that illustrates progress towards their objectives.

Students in the Senior Co-op have interned in such fields as: buying, public relations, fashion publication, department stores, cosmetics, styling, and many other types of opportunities in and around New York City.
