Auditions for the Leah Ryan Benefit Production

9/22/2010

Calling all actors, costumes designers and backstage crew!

All students, faculty and staff members are encouraged to be a part of the Third Annual Leah Ryan Benefit Production. Actors, costume designers, and backstage crew members are all needed. No previous theater experience is required to participate.

Auditions will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 22 and Thursday, Sept. 23 from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. in the basement of Maxwell Hall (216 East 45th St.).

There will be one performance on a weekday evening in early November. The exact date and time are TBD.

This benefit is being produced in honor of Professor Leah Ryan of the Arts & Communications Department, who passed away in July of 2008. As well as being an inspiring teacher, she was also a talented playwright and her plays are produced around the country. The proceeds from this production will support a scholarship in Professor Ryan's name established by LIM College.

Please contact Leta Tremblay at 212.752.1530 ext. 427 for more information.
