“Visual Merchandising is such an exciting and unique career. I thought teaching would be a great opportunity to be part of the creative energy that is the future of this business. It's great sharing my experience with the students.”
Visual Merchandising Professor Paul Olszewski exemplifies LIM College’s commitment to bringing the industry into the classroom. Our students benefit greatly from his extensive experience creating inspiring designs and compelling window installations as the award-winning Director of Windows for Macy’s Herald Square.
Professor Olszewski’s work, which includes the holiday windows for Macy’s Herald Square, has been widely featured on television and in print. He is the recipient of numerous industry accolades, including Display and Design Ideas (DDI) magazine’s Platinum Award for New York City Holiday Windows in 2005, 2006 and 2007 and first place in Visual Merchandising and Store Design (VM+SD) magazine’s International Visual Competition, Holiday Windows in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
