Robert Verdi was the featured speaker at LIM's final Fashion Survey class on Wednesday, April 11.
He's a self-made machine. He's got his hands in everything. He's a whirlwind of opinion and pop culture. He's a Jersey boy-cum jewelry designer-cum television host-cum lifestyle expert-cum rising superstar. Design denizens adore his keen eye for color, homemakers hail his quick fixes for fixer-uppers, and fashion experts cling to edge of their front row seat during fashion shows anticipating his kiss of couture death or delight. Robert Verdi's name is synonymous with style.
Robert Verdi is co-host of Discovery Channel's most successful daytime show, Surprise by Design, and one of the creators and hosts of Metro TV's Full Frontal Fashion. Verdi's design input has also helped update the digs and the duds of A-listers like Hugh Jackman, Sandra Bernhard, Mariska Hargitay, Bobby Flay, Joely Fisher and Courtney Love. And Verdi has appeared as the in-the-know interior design and fashion expert on network heavy hitters such as The View, Regis & Kelly, The Today Show as well as cable's CNN Headline News and VH-1's The Fabulous Life of.
In 2004 tastemaker and style authority Robert Verdi was named as the official fashion and style expert for E! Networks.
