After you graduate from LIM you could enter an executive training program with a major retailer... become a display designer... join a cosmetics firm... work in fashion publishing... manage a boutique...and ultimately become a senior fashion business executive.

The Office of Career Services provides assistance to all students seeking employment and career guidance.

Students are encouraged to explore different career opportunities in all segments of the fashion industry. This is made possible during the two required and credited Work Projects and the Senior Co-op semester, which are coordinated through the Office of Career Services. Our Field Trips, Fashion Survey guest speaker program and volunteer opportunities also give you first-hand knowledge of and experience in the fashion industry.

The Office of Career Services counsels students and alumni, reviewing interests, aptitudes and job openings. This close personal attention and commitment to our students is reflected in our outstanding placement rates.
