Visual Merchandising Students Dare to “Be Dazzling” with Macy’s-Inspired Display
12/4/2009
"Be Dazzling" is currently on display in the Student Lounge in 5th Ave.
On December 1, students in Professor Paul Olszewski’s Product Presentation II class unveiled “Be Dazzling,” their interpretation of a dynamic in-store presentation created by Professor Olszewski in his role as Director of Windows for Macy’s Herald Square. “Be Dazzling” consists of three mannequins and several shadowboxes on display in the student lounge at LIM College’s Fifth Avenue building. Prominent New York City visual merchandising professionals, including members of Professor Olszewski’s team at Macy’s, were on hand at LIM College for the display’s opening event.
