International Students

Tuition, Fees, & Financial Aid

An LIM College education is a great investment in a brilliant future in the business of fashion. And at LIM College, we work hard to keep that investment affordable.

Costs
All accepted international students who are applying for a visa must provide proof to the United States government that they can support their annual living and tuition costs for the duration of their degree.

Tuition, fees, and residence hall costs for the 2012-2013 academic year are US$38,845. You should also budget between US$8,000 and US$11,500 for books, transportation, food, personal expenses, and health insurance (if necessary). Please visit ourĀ main tuition and fees page for a detailed breakdown of costs.

We ask that students and their families look closely at the costs of living and studying in the U.S. and make careful plans to be sure your needs will be met.

Financial Aid
Unfortunately, applicants who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents are not eligible for need-based financial aid through LIM College or for federal or state grants and loans.

However, international students may apply for private student loans (with an eligible co-signer) and are eligible to be considered for LIM College merit scholarships ranging from US$1,000 to US$3,500 per year. Students who are eligible will be notified at the time of acceptance.

Payment Options
LIM College accepts tuition and other payments by checks drawn on a U.S. bank or by wire transfer. To set up a wire transfer, contact our Office of Student Financial Services. Please note that most banks charge a fee for wire-transfer services. All payments to LIM College must be made in U.S. currency.
