Take a break and join the Office of Counseling & Wellness Services as we relieve stress and relax through deep breathing and meditation exercises.
Wednesday, February 26 from 4 - 5 pm in the conference room at 545 Fifth Ave.
Whether you come for five minutes or the full hour, you'll leave feeling less stressed, more focused and able to concentrate, and prepared to conquer anything!
