Support Financial Aid for New York State College Students

2/16/2011

Participate in the Email Campaign to Protect TAP funding!

From now until March 7, when you open Internet Explorer on any computer or terminal at LIM College you will automatically be taken to the website for an email campaign in support of TAP.

New York State’s Tuition Assistance Program (TAP), is a need-based financial aid program. Last year, TAP provided more than $750,000 in assistance to nearly 300 LIM College students.

Please take a moment and let New York State lawmakers know how important TAP is by participating in this email campaign. You can make a difference, as past efforts have helped prevent the reduction of TAP awards.

It has become increasingly difficult for students and their families to afford a college education. Your participation can help – and it will take less than two minutes of your time.
