Holiday shopping goes high tech
USA Today's report on high-tech shopping lists for smartphones includes quotes from several people affiliated with LIM College.
During this economically tough holiday shopping season, retailers and app developers are offering a variety of lists for download that help consumers stay organized while keeping track of spending. Dr. Dudley Blossom, Chair of LIM College's Marketing & Management Department, comments on these feature-rich shopping lists, which even include reminders to buy batteries for gift items that need them.
Wendy Liebmann, CEO of WSL Strategic Retail and a member of LIM College's Fashion Industry Advisory Board, was also quoted, as were alumni Lisa Bannister and Patrick Clayton.
