The IT Department will be upgrading the College’s external server infrastructure, necessary to maintain the continued health and operation of remote services and applications. This task will begin Tonight, July 24th, 2014, starting at 5:30pm. We anticipate having these upgrades completed by Friday, July 25th at 12:00pm.
In addition, the following services will be unavailable:
- Citrix Remote Desktop
- Outlook Web Client
- Email via Smartphones / mobile devices
- EZProxy - Library Electronic Databases
- Footprints IT Ticketing System
This does NOT include BLACKBOARD which can be accessed by clicking here.
If you wish to work on documents located on LIM College’s systems during the upgrade window, the IT Department recommends copying your files to USB flash drives or email documents to a non LIM College email account.
