Your life at college will be both exciting and challenging. You will handle coursework, deal with pressures of work, live with roommates, be exposed to new ideas and lifestyles, and you will, of course, socialize. But sometimes, with all these new elements come new anxieties, and talking with someone about these issues can be helpful or necessary for your mental and emotional health.
The mission of the Office of Counseling & Wellness Services is to promote personal growth and skills development. We’re here to help you and we offer a variety of free and confidential services.
In addition to our on-campus services, we encourage you to check out the Student Virtual Pamphlet Collection. This helpful resource provides informational pamphlets on various topics related to college success and survival. These pamphlets were created by various colleges and universities throughout the United States.
