My/my family’s financial situation has changed because of the pandemic and I need additional aid. What can I do?
Please contact the Office of Student Financial Services (SFS) at 212-310-0689 or via email at email@example.com. You can also contact your SFS counselor directly. New students can see who their SFS counselor is by logging into Slate. Continuing students can see who their SFS counselor is by logging into SONIS.
Will students receive a stipend to purchase any additional technology they need for the virtual portion of their courses?
Students should contact the Office of Student Financial Services at 212-310-0689 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine if their financial aid package can be adjusted to help pay for their technology needs.
How can I view my financial aid awards?
You can view your financial aid awards at NetPartner, our financial aid online service portal. You can use NetPartner to upload required documents, view what documents are missing, and see your financial aid awards. Your initial NetPartner ID and login information were sent with your initial award letter. If you need that information resent to you, or if you need a password reset, please contact LIM’s Office of Student Financial Services at 212-310-0689 or via email at email@example.com.
