Ready Set Rocket is a New York City-based digital marketing agency committed to connecting brands and consumers through innovative multi-channel experiences. The agency works with innovative brands such as Google Glass, Deutsche Bank, Fast Company, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Michael Kors, and Univision.

 

Amanda Curtis - CEO and Founder, Nineteenth Amendment

Designer-turned-entrepreneur Amanda Curtis worked as a designer for notable fashion houses and dressed celebrities prior to founding Nineteenth Amendment, a company that connects consumers to an exclusive group of emerging designers selected for their individual artistry and taste. She provides an entirely new way for designers to bring their ideas to the market — from customer engagement to manufacturing — and get early, low-risk market validation, the benefit of no-risk, on-demand production, and the cachet that comes with being a Nineteenth Amendment designer.

 

Frank Spadafora - CEO, D’Marie Group

The D’Marie Group is a fashion technology and social media analytics company that connects brands with talent agencies using D’Marie to determine the value of their influencers’ social media portfolio. Influencers include models, musicians, actors, bloggers and social media talent. D’Marie’s platform also assists with the distribution of social content as well as the reporting of a social media campaign’s success.

 

Dr. Dan Young (moderator) – Professor of Marketing, University of Delaware

Dr. Young is an authority on marketing and branding, with a focus on luxury goods. He established Young Consulting Group, a project-based marketing company, to help start-up businesses market themselves more effectively using social media, guerilla marketing, viral marketing, and other techniques to build brands from the ground up. His next major project is a collaboration with FashInvest to create a Fashion and Finance Expo for students in the Mid-Atlantic region.
