A panel discussion on sustainability will be held at LIM College on Wed. April 23 from 1:15 - 3:30 p.m. (in The Townhouse, 4th floor).
Coinciding with Earth Day, the discussion is titled "Can You Be Successful and Have a Rewarding Career Selling Sustainable Fashion?"

*Sarah Hoit: Materials Scientist - Material ConneXion
*LeeAnn Rutkovsky: Milliner, Sustainability Consultant, and LIM College faculty member
*Natalie Jeremijenko: Artist and NYU Professor
*Sally Shapiro (moderator): LIM College Professor
Visual Merchandising Chair Eric Feigenbaum will also give a separate demonstration on sustainability in retail environments (in FashionOpolis).

The purpose of the panel is to increase interest in LIM College's concentration in Responsible Business Practices, which includes the courses Sustainable Style in the Fashion Industry, Cause Marketing, and Corporate Social Responsibility. All students and faculty are welcome.
