Corporate Social Responsibility Club’s Earth Day Fair
April 22, 2016
On Friday, April 22 from 1 to 4 pm in the Maxwell Hall Student Center, the members of LIM’s Corporate Social Responsibility Club will host an afternoon of social awareness and change.
The Earth Day Fair will feature a Sustainable Market with jewelry and clothing by vendors such as Jacqueline Rose Jewelry and Marjory Warren Boutique, and there will be a clothing drive by Refashion NYC where slightly used clothing can be dropped off.
Dr. LeeAnn Teal Rutkovsky, Sustainable Innovator / Designer for Cheeky & Teal, and Gary Bencheghib, Founder of Make a Change Bali will speak at the event. There will also be an opportunity to network with industry professionals in the field of CSR. The afternoon will conclude with a raffle featuring prizes from the vendors.
All LIM students, faculty and staff are encouraged to come and learn more about the Corporate Social Responsibility club and how to make this world a better place. Together we can create change!
