Earth Day Fair

LIM College’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Club will  host an Earth Day Fair on Friday, April 21 from 12 to 3 pm at the Maxwell Hall Student Center. This event will explore how the LIM community can be more eco-friendly in their everyday lives.

The afternoon will feature two speaker sessions. Students and CSR Club members Madison Ross and Andjalie Ramdoelare will give a presentation at 12:15 on creating a sustainable business plan and model. This will be followed by a sustainability panel discussion at 1:30 pm with Kelly Egan of Peace Day 365 and LIM Marketing, Management & Finance professors Flora Brunetti and Gavin Goldstein. They will discuss a broad range of topics, ranging from the role of human interaction in CSR to the role that fair standards play when it comes to being a socially responsible corporation.

Vendors will also be on hand selling handcrafted products, including WEBA Natural Products, Tamora Lee Jewelry, and Mercado Global goods.
