Vice President for Academic Affairs Speaks at Global Citizenship Youth Summit

LIM College’s Vice President for Academic Affairs, Michael P. Londrigan, was part of a panel discussion on “Sustainable Fashion and Creative Innovation” at United Nations Headquarters on September 15,  as part of the 2017 Peace Day Global Citizenship Youth Summit.

The Summit was presented by Peace Day 365 and the Coalition for Global Citizenship 2030 to help mark the International Day of Peace. Organizers hope that the event will inspire attendees to reimagine their capabilities to create positive change in the world and think creatively about their role as global citizens.

A group of LIM College students attended the summit, with Madison Ross and Thomas Goonan ('18) working with Peace Day 365 to help plan the event.
