Aerie President Jennifer Foyle and Diane von Furstenberg to Be Honored at 2020 Commencement

Jennifer Foyle, Aerie’s Global Brand President, will deliver the keynote address and receive a Distinguished Achievement Award and Doctor of Commercial Science degree, and Diane von Furstenberg, Founder and Chairwoman of DVF, will receive a Doctor of Humane Letters degree at LIM’s 81st Commencement Exercises on May 8, 2020.

The Princeton Review Names LIM College a "Best in the Northeast"

The Princeton ReviewLIM College is one of the best colleges in the Northeast, according to The Princeton Review. The education services company lists LIM College in the “Best in the Northeast” section of its 2020 Best Colleges: Region by Region website feature. This is the 15th consecutive year LIM has received this designation.

LIM College Now Participating in NYS Enhanced Tuition Award Program

LIM is participating in the New York State Enhanced Tuition Award (ETA) program, which provides tuition grants to eligible students.

LIM Students “Take it to the Streets” for Special Fashion Week Magazine

For the fourth year in a row, The Daily Front Row’s semi-annual Fashion Week issue features a special 16-page insert produced by a team of talented LIM College students.


LIM College’s 74th annual Fashion Show, titled "Art Meets Fashion," will be held at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum at Pier 86 (West 46th St. & 12th Ave.) in Manhattan on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.

Attend Retailing, Buying & Planning Track Information Sessions

The Fashion Merchandising department offers a Retailing, Buying, and Planning track. The track consists of career-focused courses that prepare students to work as a buyer for major-fashion retailers. Students with a strong interest in pursuing a career as a buyer must attend an information session.

LIM Student Selected for Barneys New York Foundation Summer Intensive Program

The Barneys New York Foundation (BNYF) Summer Intensive is a program that gives college students the opportunity to go behind the scenes at Barneys New York and learn how the company operates. For four weeks, participants get to experience everything that makes up Barneys New York — including merchandising, marketing, human resources, legal, finance, special events, retail strategy, customer service, and sales.
