She focuses on human resources, recruitment, and career development in the fashion industry. Erica started her career in fashion at Faviana, a leading eveningwear manufacturing company. Currently, Erica freelances in Talent Acquisition for WHIN Music and provides career coaching services for Five Star Resume.
