Intro Title
Proving once again that the study of fashion is serious academic business, LIM College has started off 2020 by gaining recognition from arbiters of quality in both higher education and the fashion industry.

For the first time ever, the College is ranked in U.S. News & World Report’s list of Best Online Graduate Business Programs (non-MBA) and Best Online Bachelor’s Programs. While LIM made the graduate list in 2019, this is the first year the online bachelor’s degree program could be considered, due to how new it was.

Several factors are considered when placing schools on U.S. News & World Report’s high-profile lists, including: faculty credentials, best practices in academics, student engagement and services, and outside experts’ opinions.

LIM College also made Fashionista’s list of Top 25 Fashion Schools in the Worldwhich relies heavily on direct feedback from students and alumni, as well as post-grad employment rates.

Says LIM College President Elizabeth S. Marcuse, “Our students have always known the incredible value of an LIM degree … the real-world focus on the business of fashion and the internships they do with the world’s top brands help them build a career-ready resume from day one.”

“Even though LIM’s post-graduation employment rate of over 90% speaks for itself, being placed on these prestigious lists enhances both the visibility and value of an LIM degree.”
