Dr. Boyd is a global educator, strategist, fashion enthusiast, speaker, and marketing/business consultant in luxury and experiential marketing. During her career at Neiman Marcus, she managed multiple million-dollar businesses as a buyer and was a million-dollar seller. She was also a member of an internal board which provided customer insight, and she worked with film production companies - including Tyler Perry and BET - to provide looks for character dressing.

As CEO and Founder of IAM Marketing Agency, Dr. Boyd focuses on experiential and luxury marketing, branding, and product placement. The agency also curates luxury elevated events and fashion shows to amplify African-American designers and creatives. Clients include Neiman Marcus and Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta Hotel. 

Dr. Boyd also co-authored a Marketing textbook for Southern New Hampshire University and was appointed as a visiting Professor at the Polimoda fashion school in Florence, Italy.
