LIM NETID PASSWORD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
LIM’s password management system manages the step by step process for activating, updating and resetting of ones LIM NetID computer account and passwords. The guides below will walk you through steps for (1) setting up your NetID account using personal cell phone and email account. (2) steps on how to update your personal information. (3) steps on how to change your NetID password. (4) ways to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
- Set-up Password Recovery Information – I am a new student, faculty or staff. I need to register my personal cell phone and email in the event I wish to reset my NetID password, or I forgot my password.
- Update your security verification information – I wish to change my personal email or cell phone number, in the event I need to change or reset my NetID password.
- Change your LIM NetID Password – I want to change my password because it is best practices, someone knows my password and I need to change it, etc.
- Reset your LIM NetID password if you have forgotten it – I cannot remember my NetID password and I need to reset it using my cell phone.
Blackboard is an easy-to-use online course management system that is available 24/7. Through the use of Blackboard, instructors can post syllabi, readings, and assignments as well as communicate via email, virtual chats or discussion boards. Some additional features include: Course Announcements, Course Calendars, Blogs, Journals, Online Quizzes, Surveys, Exams and Group Work.

CITRIX LIM DESKTOP
The Adrian G. Marcuse Library is equipped with a wide selection of databases to help you with your research. Only current students, staff and faculty are able to access the library databases. Therefore to access databases from off-campus you need to authenticate yourself using MyLIM.
LIM COLLEGE EMAIL
All students and faculty are issued email accounts which are essential in day to day communication between staff, faculty and students. Students and staff should be checking their email daily. Email can be accessed away from the LIM College campus via the web.
Symplicity is the online job and internship posting site available to LIM College students and alumni. Through the site, you can apply to jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities. Please note that not all opportunities are available to all students and you must be currently enrolled in a degree program or an alumnus of the College in order to be granted access. Please email us if you have questions about your eligibility for access.
SonisWeb is LIM College’s student information system. This system is used by students, staff and faculty to register for classes, post and receive grades, in addition to dozens of other features.
