Luisa is the Chief Officer of Development and Production Sourcing at Alexander Wang. With nearly four decades of experience in men’s and women’s apparel, she began her career in sourcing and production at Calvin Klein, Perry Elllis, PVH, and Cutlass & Moore, and went on to spearhead the launch of the John Varvatos Collections. She later served as Executive Vice President of Global Sourcing and Operations at OTD NYC.
Luisa received a Distinguished Achievement Award and an honorary Doctor of Commercial Science degree from LIM in 2025 when she served as the college’s Commencement speaker. She has also served as a member of LIM’s Industry Advisory Board and has been a guest lecturer and student mentor at the college.
Susannah Marshall is a Director at WestExec Advisors, a consultancy co-founded by former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, where she advises Fortune 50 companies on geopolitical risk, supply chain resilience, market entry, and international growth. She previously served as Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Policy and Strategic Planning at the U.S. Department of Commerce, directing work on supply chain resilience and critical mineral policy, and as Deputy Chief of Staff at the International Trade Administration.
In Spring 2027, Susannah will begin serving as an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago.
Susannah is the great-granddaughter of LIM College founder Maxwell F. Marcuse and joins her sister Katy Marshall on the LIM Board of Directors, continuing the heritage of Marcuse family members guiding the strategic future of the college.
