Intro Title
This semester sees the return of LIM's "Provost’s Seminar: Pandemic and Protest" course, led by Dr. Lisa Springer. This for-credit course examines topics of special interest to LIM College students during a time of challenge, change, and uncertainty.

Dr. Springer will welcome a range of experts into her virtual classroom to cover topics such as: diversity, equity, and inclusion in fashion; new trends in recruitment and business leadership; and more. The purpose of the course is to provide a space for students to think deeply about current events, engage in meaningful conversation, and consider what the future holds.

Guest speakers include: 

  • Jordana Guimarães, Co-Founder/Partner at Fashinnovation 
  • Luisa Herrera-Garcia, Business Consultant and LIM alumna 
  • Julie Koch-Beinke, President/Partner at Alternatives and LIM Advisory Board Member 
  • Adrienne Shelton, Executive Advisor at Jordan Alliance Group

Starting March 11, classes take place via Zoom on Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. – 12:55 p.m. LIM students in any learning modality who are interested in enrolling should email: michelle.ng@limcollege.edu
