As part of the LIM Fashion Education Foundation’s (FEF) "Speaker in the Know" series—a program designed to connect LIM students with top industry leaders—Nate Checketts, Co-Founder and CEO of Rhone, visited the campus on November 10 for a conversation on entrepreneurship, leadership, and building a mission-driven brand.

In a conversation moderated by LIM FEF Board President Arnie Cohen, Checketts offered students and industry guests firsthand insight from his journey founding Rhone and scaling it into one of today’s leading performance apparel companies. He discussed lessons from his early ventures, experiences working with organizations such as the NFL, and the philosophies that guide Rhone’s approach in a fast-changing fashion and retail environment.

Students left with practical takeaways on resilience, adaptability, and the importance of purpose in shaping a modern lifestyle business.
