What made you choose LIM for your college education?
As someone who's interested in fashion but wants to be more business oriented, I felt LIM was the perfect fit. Studying Fashion Marketing here has helped me make connections that have led to many opportunities and jobs for me—including Associate roles at both PASCUN and Abercrombie & Fitch—just as a first-year student! LIM sets you up for success.

What are some of the top experiences you've had so far as an LIM student?
I've already been able to volunteer at New York Fashion Week multiple times! For example, I worked the Romona Keveza Collection bridal show as a stylist and social media manager. Plus, I modeled as part of the 80th Annual LIM College Fashion Show, which was a dream come true. I also just love meeting other fashion students who share the same passion for the industry.

How are you enjoying your academic program? How are your classes preparing you to reach your goals?
It's definitely a strange feeling being excited to go to class, but I always feel ready to learn because all the topics interest me so much. My favorites so far have been my Digital Design and Digital Culture in Business and Life classes. The coursework has made me so much more prepared for jobs, internships, and other opportunities in the industry. My career goals change practically every day, but this school has made me realize and understand how big fashion truly is. There are many professional options and a fit for everyone!

What’s it like going to school in New York City?
I LOVE being in NYC! If you're considering coming to school here, I promise you will never get bored because there is so much to do literally year-round. LIM's campus may be small compared to the big city, but it's filled with a great bunch of powerful, up-and-coming fashion professionals.
