Full-time = 12 or more credits per semester

**Off-campus housing is estimated at $1,500/month (shared apartment). A lease is required to verify rent if using loan funds for living expenses.

• Billable Expenses: what you’ll pay to LIM (tuition and fees)
• Non-billable Expenses: estimated living and personal costs not billed by LIM

Loan Eligibility for Non-Billable Expenses/Indirect Costs:

• Housing, food, and personal expenses can only be included in your cost of attendance if you are relocating or reducing/stopping employment to attend your program. Otherwise, loan eligibility is limited to tuition, books, supplies, and transportation.
• Students enrolled in the LIM College health insurance plan may include that cost (noted below in "Additional Fees").
• Requests to borrow for indirect costs must be submitted in writing via the Indirect Costs Request form and approved by Student Financial Services (212-310-0689 / sfs@limcollege.edu).

International Student Fee
This fee is charged only in the Fall and Spring semesters for New York City F1 and J1 international students with non-immigrant status for visa support services prior to arrival, during their academic studies, and while pursuing post-degree work authorization in the U.S. 

Health Insurance Fee
Annual estimated Health Insurance Fee for students who require LIM’s comprehensive health insurance plan. 

Residency Course Fee
This fee is charged only in the first semester to MBA students. It supports required graduate residency courses designed to help students build the skills, leadership foundations, and academic preparation needed for success in their program. These courses include a combination of in-person, virtual, and asynchronous components.

Florida pre-pay participants: Please send confirmation of your eligibility to sfs@limcollege.edu and we will send an invoice to Florida Prepay on your behalf.

LIM College accepts most VA tuition assistance programs, including Chapter 33, Yellow Ribbon, and Chapter 35. Please send your certificate of eligibility to sfs@limcollege.edu and request an appointment to review how we certify your enrollment and how funds are disbursed for your program.

Online full-pay and monthly installments can be made through Nelnet Business Solutions. To access your payment portal, go to your SonisWeb account, and click “Financials,” then “Billing,” then click “Click Here to Access Nelnet.”
