Redefining Fashion: Retail, Luxury, Sales, and Merchandising

I recently edited a special issue for the Journal of Fashion, Style, and Popular Culture. The subject of the issue was Redefining Fashion: Retail, Luxury, Sales, and Merchandising, and sought to explore different catalysts of change that are impacting the strategies of retailers, luxury producers, sales organizations, and merchandisers.

Articles considered topics such as slow fashion sustainability, millennial Chinese consumers' shopping patterns, and creative directors' rise to fame. Contributors included scholars from national land-grant and international institutions, such as the University of Minnesota, the University of North Texas, Central Michigan University, and Stockholm University.

Fashion, Style, and Popular Culture is a peer-reviewed Intellect Publishing journal that is circulated internationally. For more information on this issue with access to abstracts, go to: https://www.intellectbooks.co.uk/journals/view-issue,id=3603/
