Fashion Management and Leadership Program Overview

The BBA in Fashion Management and Leadership program’s goal is to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel as effective managers and leaders within organizations, with a particular emphasis on the fashion industry. This program takes a management approach to education in fundamental areas of the fashion business, including human resources, marketing, buying, analytics, operations and more.

Curriculum & Careers

Fashion Management and Leadership majors learn how to negotiate, build effective teams, work in hybrid office environments, give professional presentations, ensure corporate social responsibility, and more. 

Fashion Management and Leadership courses include:

  • Organizational Behavior

Fashion Management and Leadership majors are required to complete 13 experiential education credits, including 3 internships.

At LIM, undergraduate students can select one of more than 20 minors to accompany their major course of study and develop deeper knowledge in a specific area of interest.
